Thanks to Joe at Fantastic Bonanza for the heads up on Medium Control. I dont think I’d ever seen them before but they have some really nice designs. Theres a sale on at the moment where you can pick up some cottony goodness for $19.95.

Snorg Tees originally got into the t-shirt business in the fall of 2004, and one redesign later the current site stands proud adorned with cottony goodness.

The site is run by two brothers, who do many of the designs, and professional artists are hired to do the rest; “We mainly use one artist who is awesome. We’ll probably have to give him a bonus or something to keep him around!” says one half of the related founding team. I’m not sure how much of the operation is run via Spreadshirt but there is a Spreadshirt store if you want to customise the designs on to something other than tees. Designs after the jump

I have a favourite new t-shirt store and its the thoroughly excellent Headline Shirts. I’ve only just discovered them and their provocative range of current news story inspired satire. I took some time to talk with Headlines Jake Ginsky about the brand and the recently relaunched site.

I bet the designs are real conversation starters. I found it really hard to pick just a few favourites, but here goes:

Noahs Dilemma

Sciences whipping boy, Creationism. The butt of so many jokes I like that in this tee the joke is more subtle. Each Tee has an accompanying news story or background information about the design. Excerpt from this one’s is
“Dinosaurs - or ‘Creation Lizards’ as they will henceforth be known - did not predate humans by some 200 million years. Rather, they walked with Adam and Eve and may have even had a hand in the Jesus’ crucifixion.” Brilliant!

Some days for no explainable reason you leap you out of bed ready to face the challenges of the day head on, with a spring in your step. On these days your untouchable a king amongst men. Whether this t-shirt acknowledges that you’re having that sort of day, or could be used as a type of visual catalyst is entirely up to you. I suspect both.

The Fresh Cotton range is easily good enough to warrant at least a post of its own. Its a dutch mecca of a t-shirt site with about 40 different brands from the household names of Paul Frank, Stussy etc to some great dutch and upcoming labels like the one in the previous post.

Prices range from brand to brand and its usually best to start with the sales section where they come in around €22.50 (£15, $22). The tee’s below are all in the sale (I can’t link directly to them because of the navigation used at Fresh Cotton so I’ve given the page n. within the sale section instead). Designs after the jump…
